Yes. HotelSIM is provided to partners at no cost.
Is it free for guests or travelers?
Yes. Travelers receive 500MB of mobile data valid for 7 days from activation. After that, they can top up anytime if they need more data on hsim.io.
Does the eSIM expire?
No. The eSIM itself does not expire. Only the included data bundle has a validity period.
Can invitations be sent before arrival?
Yes. You can send activation links or QR codes before arrival through your existing communication channels or via our partner portal.
Do travelers need an app or registration?
No. No app is required. No credit card is needed. No email is required to activate.
